Since the Notice of Intent was posted in the Federal Register (available here), we have opened a virtual meeting space (visit here) and scheduled a series of public scoping meetings.
In-Person Public Scoping Meetings:
Irvine, CA:

Davis, CA:

Merced, CA:
• Date: Thursday, February 27, 2025
• Time: 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Pacific Time
• Venue: Merced Civic Center, 678 W. 18th Street, Merced, CA 95340 (Sam Pipes Conference Room)
In-Person Meeting format:
All meetings will be open house style with no formal presentations. Feel free to come and go at your convenience. The meetings are accessible to persons with disabilities.
